I get it. I’ve been there too. Until one day, I began a journey and discovered how to feel good from the inside out which includes the right mindset, nourishment and movement that was sustainable for me to be happy and feel my best.

Hi! My name is Nancy Mancini and I work with women like you.

I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle the stressful demands of being a woman in today’s world. I would say yes to everything and strive to be perfect until my health was compromised and I knew it was time to prioritize Me and my happiness.

As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer, I take a holistic approach to help you prioritize your health and well-being, calm your inner critic, and help you develop a nourishing relationship with food, your body, and yourself so you can live a happy and healthier lifestyle.
